AFC Ajax’s training complex
Amsterdam Football Club Ajax commissioned Jan Snel to construct a study building with a surface area of approx. 1,000m² at the De Toekomst training complex near the Amsterdam Arena. This building gives 120 Dutch and foreign players a quiet place to study.
The study building is composed of Movix building system elements and contains several rooms, including a kitchen with high-tech cooking equipment, independent-study rooms and classrooms. There’s also an assortment of sanitary blocks, offices, a sleeping area, and a room that can be used by Ajax TV for purposes such as holding interviews.
